The second half of the Okun School year is well underway!  

We had a few weather-related cancellations in January but it didn’t stop us from celebrating Tu’ Bishvat with a Tu’ Bishvat Seder.  

February was a short month, but students have been using their time to prepare for the student-led services, work on a Passover art project and in the example of one student, practicing “self advocacy” demonstrated in the photo below.

The Purim Carnival!

Sunday, March 17 from 10:30 am – 12:30 pm at the Congregation of Moses

$10.00 per family, includes 10 game tickets per child. Pizza, salad, beverages, many games and prizes! We are asking for food collection for Loaves and Fishes, to perform the
mitzvot for Purim of feeding the poor.

Camp Keshet 2024/5784 dates: 

Students entering 1st grade – 7th grade are invited to 

attend weeks 1, 2, 3 or a combination of the three.  The price and registration link will be shared in the near future.  

Week 1 – June 17th – 21st @ CoM (9:30 am-1:30 pm, unless we are on a field trip)

Week 2 – June 24th – 26th @ TBI  (9:30 am-1:30 pm, unless we are on a field trip) 

Week 3  – July 8th – July 12th @ Camp Tavor  in Three Rivers
